To register and maintain an Account on MyCuci, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform. MyCuci reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any associated bets or winnings without prior notice.
All registration information — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details — must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
21+ Only. MyCuci implements strict age-verification checks. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be returned (excluding any bonus allocations), and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.
Account registration on MyCuci requires the provision of a valid email address, chosen username, and a secure password. Upon registration, you will be assigned an Account subject to the completion of our KYC process before withdrawals are permitted.
MyCuci reserves the right to request following documentation at any stage of your account lifecycle:
Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period following a request will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges and, ultimately, Account closure. MyCuci will retain deposited Real Funds pending satisfactory compliance with its KYC obligations.
You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. MyCuci recommends enabling all available security features, including two-factor authentication, to protect your Account from unauthorised access.
You must not share your login credentials with any third party, nor permit any third party to use your Account to place bets or conduct any other activity. Any loss or damage arising from the sharing of Account credentials is the sole responsibility of the Account holder.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify MyCuci's support team immediately via live chat or by email at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link).
MyCuci accepts deposits made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods:Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX Online Banking (supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and others), and selectedcryptocurrency channels (Bitcoin/BTC, Ethereum/ETH, Tether/USDT, Litecoin/LTC).
The minimum deposit amount is RM50 for fiat payment methods, and the equivalent of MYR 30 for cryptocurrency deposits. MyCuci does not impose a maximum single deposit limit, though large individual deposits may trigger additional compliance review in accordance with our AML obligations.
MyCuci does not accept cash deposits, bank drafts, or money orders under any circumstances. Any funds received through unverified channels will be returned and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of all applicable KYC verification requirements and the satisfaction of any outstanding Rollover Requirements attached to Bonus Funds in your Account.
MyCuci targets the following processing timeframes for withdrawal requests:
Withdrawals must be made to an account or wallet registered in your own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. MyCuci reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request it deems to require enhanced due diligence.
MyCuci offers a range of promotional incentives including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, a Refer a Friend programme, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. Each promotion is governed by its individual terms, which are published at the time the promotion is made available.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a Rollover Requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Funds. Standard welcome bonuses carry a 20x rollover requirement; the2% cryptocurrency deposit bonus carries a 15x rollover requirement. All rollover must be completed within 30 calendar days of bonus crediting.
MyCuci reserves the right to cancel any Bonus Funds and void associated winings if it determines, in its reasonable opinion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, registration of multiple accounts, use of automated betting systems, or placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to clear rollover requirements without genuine engagement with the Platform.
Promotions are subject to change, withdrawal, or expiry at any time without prior notice. MyCuci is under no obligation to make any promotion available to any particular Player and reserves the right to apply regional, deposit-method, or game-type restrictions to any promotion.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MyCuci, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services.
MyCuci's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of Real Funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.
MyCuci makes no representation or warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors or viruses, or that any specific game outcome will be achieved. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting MyCuci's support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any outstanding Real Funds Balance — net of applicable deductions — will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of final KYC checks.
MyCuci reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
This Agreement and all matters arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which MyCuci is licensed to operate.
In the event of a dispute between you and MyCuci, you are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance. MyCuci will endeavour to resolve all complaints fairly within five (5) business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to the dispute resolution procedures prescribed by MyCuci's applicable licensing authority.
MyCuci reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The date of the most recent revision will be updated at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
